Scope of application

BT-461

1. It can be used as compatibilizer for low smoke and halogen free flame retardant cable material.

2. It can be used as surface improvement agent for extruded sheet/board,

which can effectively improve the surface flatness of the material and eliminate the bumps and pockmarks on the surface of the material;

3. It can be used as a compatibilizer of polyethylene and glass fiber to promote the compatibility of polyethylene and glass fiber;

4. It can be used as the compatibilizer of masterbatch with PE as the carrier, such as color masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, functional

masterbatch and so on;

5. It can be used as the modifier of anti-fog film to extend the anti-fog period.

Function and purpose

BT-461 can improve the interfacial affinity between polyolefin substrate andmetal powder, glass fiber, wood powder, mineral powder, starch and other inorganic materials by chemical reaction method on the molecular chain of linear low-density polyethylene, so as to achieve the effect of enhancing the strength of composites, and it is often used as a compatibilizer for polyolefin materials. It is often used as the compatibilizer of polyolenfin materials.

When this product is used in low smoke halogen free flame retardant cable material, it can improve the compatibility and adhesion between polyolefin matrix and inorganic flame retardant interface. 

It improves the dispersion and compatibility of magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide, so as to maximize the flame  retardancy of the cable material, reduce the smoke index, smoke generation, heat generation and carbon monoxide generation, improve the oxygen index, improve the dropping performance, etc., and improve the mechanical properties of the material.

This product can also be used as a surface improvement agent for extruded sheet or extruded plate, which can effectively  improve the surface flatness of the sheet or plate, and eliminate the bumps and pockmarks on the surface of the material.
