Scope of application
BTM-3150 is mainly used in polylactic acid film coating products.
It improves the melt strength of the film layer, reduces the holes and leakage phenomenon,
and improves the bonding force between the film layer and the base paper.
Function and purpose
BTM-3150 Lamination Masterbatch is specially developed for biodegradable materials PBAT and PLA lamination.
The carrier of this product is polylactic acid, and the active ingredients in the masterbatch can effectively improve the melt strength and flow stability of the laminating material when it is melted and mixed with PBAT, PLA and other resins, and help the resin material to maintain a stable discharge speed and thickness during the lamination process.
It can effectively solve the phenomenon of uneven flow rate, leakage and broken holes, which are easy to appear in the coating process. It can avoid production interruption, improve production stability, and increase the yield rateof products.
The masterbatch can be blended with raw materials and modified by twin-screw modification to make special modifier for film lamination, or it can be used directly for film lamination after physical mixing with base material resin.
The recommended additive amount of this product is 10-15%, and the additive amount should be decided according to the actual sampling situation and the performance requirements of the final products.
