Scope of application: BTM-2013 is mainly used in PBAT, PLA resin systems.

BTM–2013 is mainly used in PBAT, PLA resin systems to effectively improve the fluidity of materials and surface finish of products.

 

Function and Purpose

Lubrication Masterbatch BTM–2013 is a highly efficient lubrication additive designed for PLA and PBAT substrates with PLA/PBAT carrier resins to improve the processability and surface quality of 3D printed wires.With an effective lubricant content of 35%, it significantly reduces die buildup, reduces wire drawing, and improves the surface finish of the wire. This product can reduce die buildup, improve melt fluidity, and reduce material buildup in the extrusion process. Reduces wire drawing, effectively reduces wire drawing problems during printing and improves printing accuracy. 

Enhance surface finish, make the surface of the wire smoother, improve the appearance quality of the printed parts. Enhance processing stability, optimize processing performance, reduce   equipment wear and prolong equipment life. Especially suitable for high-precision 3D printing, high-speed printing and the production of functional wires.

The recommended dosage of lubricating masterbatch BTM–2013 is 2–5phr of resin, the specific dosage depends on the proportion of each component and the performance requirements of the products. The product can be directly extruded and pelletized after uniformly mixing with the base  resin in the process.
