Lubrication Masterbatch BTM–2013 is a highly efficient lubrication additive designed for PLA and PBAT substrates with PLA/PBAT carrier resins to improve the processability and surface quality of 3D printed wires.With an effective lubricant content of 35%, it significantly reduces die buildup, reduces wire drawing, and improves the surface finish of the wire. This product can reduce die buildup, improve melt fluidity, and reduce material buildup in the extrusion process. Reduces wire drawing, effectively reduces wire drawing problems during printing and improves printing accuracy.
